Vlad Nicolae joined Invescom’s Bucharest office in 2015. He has participated in the execution of several cross-border company sale projects and other corporate finance assignments. Previously he worked as a consultant in the Deal Advisory department at KPMG Romania. Vlad holds an M.Sc. degree in International Business and Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
