We acted as sell-side advisor to the founder of KTT Kubinszky Tömítéstechnika, a provider of sealing products, in connection with the Company’s sale. Following an international tender process, Axel Johnson Group (Sweden), a prominent supplier of niche industry segments, became the Company’s new owner.
In its 40 years of operations, KTT has become a leading regional player in the field of sealing products. The Company manufactures and distributes radial shaft seals, pneumatic seals and other metal-rubber products. The Company’s international blue-chip customer base consists of OEMs and aftermarket suppliers in various industries (automotive, industrial automation, etc.). Via its high value-added manufacturing and complementary services, the Company primarily caters for the premium market segments.
The new owner is committed to the fostering of the Company’s continued growth and development, whilst retaining and respecting its existing values and culture. KTT can now reach a new phase of development capitalizing on the business network, know-how and support provided by Axel Johnson Group.
