We advised the owners of Netpincér, the leading Hungarian online food delivery marketplace on the sale of the company to foodpanda group.

Before the sale, visitors had access to the offers of 540 restaurants via Netpincér.

Foodpanda is a global online food delivery marketplace focusing on emerging markets, and a member of online company group Rocket Internet, headquartered in Germany.

At the time of acquiring Netpincér, foodpanda made acquisitions in a number of other CEE countries in order to strengthen its presence in the region.
