Sale of 100% of Laszlopack, a leading Hungarian flexible packaging manufacturer to Constantia Flexibles from Austria
Invescom acted as sell-side advisor to the owners of Laszlopack, a leading Hungarian producer of flexible packaging products in connection with the sale of 100% of their quotas. Following a wide-scale, multi-bidder international tender process Constantia Flexibles acquired 100% of the Company.
Since its foundation 25 years ago Laszlopack became a major player in the Hungarian flexible packaging market. The Company primarily serves local as well as international players in the food and beverage industry with high-quality single and multi-layer printed films and pouches.
The new owner is headquartered in Austria and is one of Europe’s largest producer of flexible packaging products with € 2.1bn sales in 2022. Constantia Flexibles is majority owned by Wendel Group, one of the leading private equity investment firms in Europe.
