Sale of British Foam Grup

We acted as sell-side M&A advisors to the owners of British Foam Grup, a leading producer of high quality food packaging in connection the sale of their shares in the company.

British Foam Grup produces polystyrene and polypropylene meal boxes and trays in its state-of-the-art production facility located near Bucharest. The company exports its products to 28 countries, primarily selling to customers in the food and catering sectors.

The buyer is a consortium of Dutch and Belgian private investors.
