Sale of Hungarian plastic injection moulding company Kaona to French JBT Groupe
We acted as sell-side M&A advisors to the owner of Kaona Kft, a producer of plastic industry products, on the sale of the company to JBT Groupe from France.
Kaona produces thermoplastic products for international and Hungarian large corporate customers in its production facility in Siófok.
JBT is a company group with more than 600 employees that produces injection moulded products with headquarters in France and presence in Mexico and Tunisia.
JBT’s main objectives with the acquisition were to expand its capacities, supply to its customers in Hungary and enter into a new market segment.
