We acted as sell-side M&A advisors to IKO Media Group, the owner of movie channel Film+ broadcasted in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, on the sale of the channel to AMC Networks International – Central Europe.
IKO Media Group was one of the leading thematic television broadcasters in Central Eastern Europe in the early 2010s, operating thematic television channels in a number of countries of the region from Serbia to Poland.
AMC Networks International is part of global television company AMC Networks operating cable television channels in more than 140 countries.
