A family business with over 30 years of history, Varga-Flexo manufactures cutting-edge flexographic printing presses and ancillary machines tailored to individual customer needs for international participants in the packaging industry. The flagships of its product portfolio are state-of-the-art artificial casing presses, which the company exports globally, primarily to meat packaging manufacturers.
Following the transaction, the owner – while retaining a significant minority stake – continues to actively support the implementation of Varga-Flexo’s strategic goals, primarily the expansion of the company’s production capacity and the development of its products.
