We acted as sell-side advisors to the owners of Urbán Group in connection with the sale to Hungarian private investors.
Urbán Group has a 40-year history and is a market leader in Hungary in filled and coated wafers. The Group’s continuously expanding and evolving product range includes sweet and salty wafers, gingerbread and sweet biscuits. Production takes place in Urbán Group’s state-of-the-art production facility and products are available in most of the retail chains with a nationwide coverage.
