Invescom acted as sell-side advisor to the owners of Dorsum, a leading European developer of investment and wealth management software solutions, on the sale of their 100% stake to Hawk Infinity from Norway. The management team will remain with Dorsum to actively support the company in its next chapter and conquer the Western-European markets.

Currently, Dorsum provides advanced solutions to 75+ Tier-1 international and regional financial institutions, asset managers, custodians, brokerages, insurance companies and wealth management firms
in 10 countries.
The product portfolio includes front-to-back platform solutions for securities processing, portfolio management, retail bond distribution, client-facing wealth management portal and the next generation of the securities suite.
Through this transaction, Dorsum teamed up with a strong partner who strives to facilitate the company’s Western-European market expansion.
