Buyout of a majority stake in Prohuman, the leading CEE HR service provider, from GI Group
Invescom provided complex advisory services to the minority shareholders of Prohuman in the largest transaction of the Hungarian HR sector. As buy-side advisors we supported the buy-back of quotas from the Polish subsidiary of the Italian GI Group and as organizers of financing we participated in securing the funding needs of the buy-back transaction for which our client issued bonds within the development funding scheme of the National Bank of Hungary.
