Sale of Hungarian, Romanian and Serbian companies of ACIS Group to Gilbarco Veeder-Root
We acted as sell-side M&A advisors to the owners of ACIS Benzinkúttechnika Group on the sale of their companies in Hungary, Romania and Serbia to Gilbarco Veeder-Root. The transaction involved the sale of 3 operating companies in three jurisdictions and the complete debt restructuring of the three entities.
ACIS Group is the leading provider of petrol station technology related services in Hungary, Romania and Serbia. ACIS Group’s service portfolio comprises the maintenance of petrol stations, design and construction of petrol stations (both technology and building), selling of petrol station technology and equipment.
