Prior to founding Invescom in 2000, Zoltán Siklósi worked in investment banking with Nomura Investment Bank and MeesPierson EurAmerica, as co-managing director of Hypo-Securities Hungary, and partner of MAVA Investment Management. He possesses extensive transaction experience in structuring equity placements, strategic financial advisory and successful execution of sell-side and buy-side assignments. As a partner of Invescom, he participated in the management and execution of all major mandates of the company. Zoltán holds an MBA degree from Madrid Business School and an M. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest Technical University.
Tamás Heitner joined Invescom in 2017. Tamás is in charge of Invescom’s deal origination in Hungary. He possesses over 10 years of capital markets experience. Prior to joining Invescom, Tamás acted as Head of Trading at Solar Capital Markets for 5 years, and was member of the Trading Committee at the Budapest Stock Exchange in 2016. Before that he worked in commodity broker and derivative trader positions with Solar Capital Markets, Penson and GH Financial. Tamás holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Heller Farkas College.
Bogdan Petrea
Bogdan tragically passed away on February 26, 2022. Rest in peace, Bogdan!
Péter Sipeki joined Invescom in 2013. Earlier Péter worked for M&A boutique MB Partners, Hungaropharma and Niveus Consulting Group. He participated in the operative management and execution of several cross-border and domestic company sale, acquisition and fundraising projects, as well as other corporate finance assignments. Péter holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Faculty of Finance at the College of Finance and Accountancy in Budapest.
Tamás Tóth joined Invescom in 2012. In close to 10 years, he has gained extensive transaction-related experience during the management and execution of a number of domestic and foreign company sale, acquisition, fundraising and other corporate finance assignments. Previously he worked at ExxonMobil BSC Hungary as analyst in Controllers’ Department. Tamás holds an M.Sc. degree in Corporate Finance together with Corporate Evaluation, Stock Analysis from the Faculty of Business Administration at Corvinus University of Budapest.
Attila Szabó joined Invescom in 2013. He has participated in the management and execution of several cross-border and domestic company sale, acquisition and fundraising projects, as well as other corporate finance assignments. Previously he worked at Morgan Stanley Hungary as analyst in the finance department. Attila holds an M.Sc. degree in Market Analysis with a concentration on Company Valuation and Stock Analysis from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Corvinus University of Budapest.
Zalán János joined Invescom’s Budapest office in 2021. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley Hungary as an intern in the finance and credit risk departments. He is about to complete his final semester at the Finance & Accounting faculty of Corvinus University of Budapest.
